In partnership with Allen Arts Alliance,  Epoch members volunteered at a pre-concert event @ Allen Public Library.   This family-friendly concert of music is based on the setting of That Book Woman by Heather Henson, one of the books in this year’s Allen Reads program.

This program is a collaboration between the Allen Philharmonic Orchestra, Allen Public Library and the Allen Reads program.

Our amazing volunteers read That Book Woman to people of all ages, and staffed the main craft: playmat weaving with pieces of craft foam. Thank you to everyone who attended, it was a blast!

An additional HUGE thank you to Mrs.Litinas for donating 70 of the remaining craft sets to our kids at McKinney City Church!
